All products we offer on this website are of different stock levels so it is not guaranteed that we will have the available lengths in stock for exchanges therefore, there are NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.

DISCLAIMER: If you are purchasing over $400 or more worth of hair it is recommended to see original stylist of hairstyle you are getting for install to make sure it is done correctly.
Shipping & Handling
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes up to 3-4 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS and takes approximately 4-5 business days to be delivered after shipment. USPS does not ship on weekends Sat & Sun).
Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking email and confirmation. After receiving your tracking information, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.
2. Can I make changes to my order?
Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.
